Job Functions

Data and Technology Capabilities: Design, implement, and scale robust solutions (predictive models, AI segmentation, and real-time BI) guaranteeing technical excellence, scalability, and reliability.

Transformation Leadership: Act as a technical leader in data and AI initiatives, guiding teams through complex transformations under best engineering practices and solid architecture.

Strategy and Architecture: Define the technical vision of data platforms and BI ecosystems, aligning infrastructure, cloud, governance, and security decisions with business objectives.

Project Excellence: Responsible for end-to-end execution, quality, and performance. Anticipate technical risks and manage dependencies to ensure on-time and in-scope deliveries.

Team and Client Management: Direct and advise multidisciplinary teams, fostering an engineering culture. Act as the primary technical contact for clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Continuous Innovation: Evaluate new technologies and tools in data and AI, driving experimentation and proof of concept.

Job Requirements

8 years of experience leading data-related projects

Demonstrated technical leadership: extensive experience in directing data, BI, or AI projects in complex environments.

Engineering mindset: solid knowledge of data architectures, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI/ML lifecycles.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: passion for solving complex problems using data and technology

Good level of English
