Within the Artefact Open Innovation team, an entity of the Artefact group, the assistant project manager will be responsible for participating in the animation and development initiatives of one or more ecosystems (Finance, Health, Planet, Quantum...)
Event Project Management
- Supporting the project manager in contributing to the organization of events throughout the year (annual trade fair, masterclasses, other networking events in France and potentially internationally...): project scoping, action plan monitoring, backward scheduling, project management, monitoring of materials and logistics, setting up the event platform, communication actions.
- Participating in programming: identifying relevant themes and speakers (key players, partners, entrepreneurs, researchers, political figures), responding to requests related to their participation, contributing to the preparation of speakers' interventions.
Community Animation and Communication
- Contributing to monitoring: identifying current topics, listing articles and studies related to the sector and the activity of our partners.
- Participating in the creation of editorial content and the implementation of the communication plan (Newsletters, social media posts, production and monitoring of event marketing campaigns, website updates) in collaboration with the communication team and the project manager.
Profile sought for a final year internship:
Student in final year of study, Master 2 level, business school, or university management track. An interest in AI and Data topics would be appreciated.
We are primarily looking to grow our teams in the long term; a permanent contract (CDI) hire at the end of the internship is conceivable.
