As an Assistant Project Manager, you will co-pilot these immersive programs from A to Z to bring forth prototypes and solutions that address real-world problems of today and the future.
🚀 Your daily challenges
- Project Management and Monitoring: You will participate in creating and monitoring management tools, as well as managing the key milestones of our experiences.
- Coordination: You will ensure smooth communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
- Sourcing & Digital Animation: You will manage participant recruitment, expert targeting (mentors, juries), and the animation of our online platforms.
- D-Day Orchestration: You will manage the logistics of key moments and actively participate in facilitation, animation, and general coordination on the Day-of.
- Deliverable Production: You will design communication materials (slides, briefs, kits) and structure post-event summaries to showcase our achievements.
🤖 Your bonus mission: AI Playground. You will test and integrate AI/tech solutions to boost our own processes and enrich the participant experience.
👤 Your profile
- Background: End of studies (Master 2) in Business School, Engineering, University, IEP, Master in Innovation, Management, or Project Management.
- Mindset: You possess true organizational rigor, excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach. You have a strong appetite for innovation, the Tech/AI ecosystem, and event management.
- Tools: You know how to use Canva, visual tools (Klaxoon/Mural), Lemlist, and you frequently play with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.).
- Languages: Fluent French and English (international context).
