Storekeeper / Pandan Crescent / Up to $3500

Your tasks

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily inventory and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and tracking materials, ensuring accurate stock records and coordinating with internal departments.

• Receive, inspect, store and issue goods according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and material movements.
• Monitor inventory transactions and update relevant inventory systems.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Production departments on material requirements.
• Understand and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for inventory and material control.
• Conduct regular stock checks and identify discrepancies.
• Report stock discrepancies and support inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

Requirements

• High school qualification or equivalent; Diploma in Inventory Management or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehouse/inventory role.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to understand and manage Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Familiar with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Basic numerical and inventory calculation skills.
• Able to perform material-handling duties, including lifting and moving goods.

What we offer

*Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
