Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (Facilities & Maintenance) to oversee building electrical systems, facilities maintenance and management. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, operational efficiency and energy efficiency , while supporting preventive and predictive maintenance, utilities management, facilities improvement projects and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities Building & Facilities Maintenance Plan, execute and oversee preventive maintenance for building electrical and facilities systems. Manage systems including Electrical, HVAC, MV, Compressed Air, P&S and related facility systems . Ensure systems operate reliably and comply with applicable safety requirements. Predictive & AI-Driven Maintenance Implement predictive maintenance strategies using IoT sensor solutions and AI-driven applications . Monitor and drive KPIs relating to energy savings, power interruptions and breakdown recovery. Use data-driven insights to improve maintenance efficiency. Support the development of AI-driven Maintenance Work Processes (MWP). Utilities Management Manage and maintain utility supply systems, including HT/LT, Digital Metering, Energy Monitoring Systems, water supply and gas supply . Monitor system performance and ensure reliable supply of critical utilities. Facilities Projects & Vendor Management Lead plant facilities repair and improvement projects. Review vendor design submissions with relevant internal stakeholders. Manage mandatory checks and approval processes for external vendor electrical design submissions. Monitor vendor work quality and safety compliance. Ensure projects are completed within agreed scope, budget and timeline. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Support the development and implementation of an Integrated Facility Management model for M&E maintenance and engineering works. Identify opportunities for cost savings and more efficient repair and maintenance processes. Coordinate across engineering disciplines to support seamless facilities maintenance.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline . 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical systems, facilities maintenance and facilities management. Strong knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems maintenance . Manufacturing industry experience is preferred. High level of computer proficiency with a technology-driven and AI-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving and project-management skills. Good vendor coordination and management capabilities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Interest in leveraging technology to improve facilities-management processes. Results-oriented with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability . Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
