BIM Manager / Up to $8000 (LTA project experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM,depending on project requirements. Location: Mandai, Singapore

Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans, modelling protocols and Common Data Environment processes. Lead integration and spatial coordination of M&E models. Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Supervise and guide BIM Coordinators and Modellers. Standardise BIM libraries, templates, naming conventions and QC procedures. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams and other stakeholders. Ensure BIM deliverables comply with applicable project and authority requirements. Manage final as-built BIM model submissions.

Requirements Relevant Diploma or Degree. 5–8 years of hands-on BIM modelling and coordination experience in M&E/MEP building services. 2–3 years of relevant lead or supervisory experience. Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and BIM 360/ACC. Strong understanding of M&E site installation and spatial coordination. Relevant BIM/VDC certification is advantageous. Infrastructure/LTA project experience is highly advantageous.
