Web Content Specialist

Your tasks

We are looking for a Web Content Specialist to support the management and continuous improvement of a corporate website. The role combines content publishing, CMS administration, editorial quality control, and collaboration with internal teams. You will also contribute to the development and testing of AI-supported content management processes.

• Publish, format, and schedule website content using a CMS.
• Maintain content categorisation, metadata, tags, and information architecture.
• Coordinate content updates, materials, and feedback with internal stakeholders.
• Review published materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and functionality.
• Support the introduction and testing of AI-based tools for content creation and publishing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or editorial operations.
• Practical experience with CMS platforms and website content workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple requests and collaborate with different teams.
• Interest in applying AI tools to optimise content-related processes.
