Tech Lead Java&Angular

Tech Lead Developer (Java & Angular) We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Developer who combines deep technical expertise with project leadership and strong business collaboration skills. Daily tasks

• Bridging Business & Tech: Translate complex business needs into technical specifications, serving as the main contact between stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Global Alignment: Align local development streams with the long-term strategic roadmap of the global system.
• Architecture & Delivery: Design high-level component roadmaps and take ownership of the full rollout lifecycle (including documentation and user training).

Requirements

Tech Stack: Backend: Java 25, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, OpenAPI, Vault Frontend: Angular 19+, NgRx, Angular Material, Cypress DevOps / CI/CD: Kubernetes (IBM Cloud), Docker, Terraform, GitLab CI/Jenkins, Maven

Core Skills: Microservice architecture, SCRUM, fluent English, self-efficiency, strong communication, and the ability to define and drive the technical critical path. Nice to Have: Prior Tech Lead experience, working in distributed global teams, and using AI tools in daily design/development.
