As a SharePoint & M365 Platform Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for our core collaboration and document management systems. Your mission will be to ensure our platforms are reliable, secure, and constantly evolving.
Act as the final escalation point (3rd line support) for resolving the most complex technical issues across our SharePoint environments.
Design, build, and maintain robust SharePoint solutions, both on-premise (Server 2019+) and in SharePoint Online.
Play a key role in supporting strategic platform upgrades and leading data migration projects.
Take ownership of platform availability, monitor performance, and proactively optimize our systems to guarantee a seamless user experience.
Drive efficiency by contributing to automation initiatives, leveraging the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline business processes.
Partner with business and IT teams to design and implement best-in-class solutions for collaboration and document management across the M365 ecosystem.

We are looking for a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a passion for problem-solving.
You have significant, hands-on experience with both SharePoint Server (2019 or newer) and SharePoint Online.
You possess a holistic understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including practical familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
You are a master troubleshooter, with proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues at an enterprise level.
You have a solid grasp of SharePoint development principles and architecture.
You have hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and you know how to leverage it to build powerful business solutions.
You are excited by the potential of AI and Copilot to transform the modern workplace and are eager to explore these tools.
You are an excellent communicator, fluent in English, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Holding Microsoft certifications in relevant areas would be a strong advantage.
