Project Manager (Finance)

Daily tasks

• Implementation of business projects within a defined scope, time, and budget.
• Preparing, planning, conducting, and settling projects.
• Responsibility for effective and efficient project management within the project office.
• Constant cooperation and communication with company departments.
• Monitoring and enforcing the implementation of project tasks.
• Managing the project team, risk, suppliers, and implementation quality.
• Reporting and developing progress reports.
• Mentoring and co-creating effective project management processes within the organization.

Requirements

Extensive experience in project management in various fields, with a particular focus on projects implemented with IT teams based on the SCRUM approach. Experience in leading implementation projects in financial areas (knowledge of accounting processes, settlement processes, or finance support tools is welcome). Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools that improve teamwork. A creative approach to problem-solving and openness to seeking unconventional solutions. Highly developed communication skills and fluency in using presentation techniques. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in effectively managing project teams and coordinating the work of others. Proficiency in tools: SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Office (including MS Project). English language proficiency at a level that allows for free business communication. Nice to have: Certificates confirming project knowledge, e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile PM, or similar. Documented successes in implementing financial and accounting systems, ERP, or other advanced tools from the corporate finance area.
