D365 Consultant/Analyst (Service)

Join a strategic implementation program for a new, global ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are looking for someone who will represent the business during process transformation and ensure that new solutions meet the actual needs of end users. This is a role for a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant who can effectively bridge business needs with ERP system capabilities. The candidate will collaborate with business users, technical experts, and international project teams at all stages of implementation – from analyzing current processes and designing solutions to system go-live and post-implementation support.

Daily tasks

• Process analysis and organizational preparation
• Analysis of existing business processes (AS-IS) and identification of local deviations from standards.
• Mapping applications supporting business processes and analyzing data flow and integrations between systems.
• Documenting business requirements and identifying gaps between local solutions and the global standard.
• Collaborating on replacing local applications with central solutions.
• Identifying risks and dependencies, and preparing the organization for subsequent implementation stages.
• Solution design (Blueprint)
• Participating in design workshops with business representatives and international teams.
• Analyzing the impact of designed solutions on business processes, applications, and integrations.
• Verifying the compliance of proposed solutions with business requirements.
• Documenting design decisions and supporting Fit-Gap analysis.
• Recommending improvements and optimal process solutions.
• Implementation
• Coordinating cooperation between the business, solution providers, and project teams.
• Verifying system configuration from a business process perspective.
• Coordinating functional, integration, and UAT tests.
• Analyzing tickets, prioritizing defects, and assessing the impact of changes on end-to-end processes.
• Supporting preparations for the production system go-live.
• Go-Live and post-implementation support
• Supporting business users after the system launch.
• Coordinating tickets and collaborating with teams responsible for solution development and maintenance.
• Monitoring the correct operation of business processes.
• Identifying opportunities for further optimization and improvements.

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or ERP Consultant. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (project experience is welcome – many years of experience are not required). Ability to analyze and model business processes. Experience in gathering business requirements and conducting Fit-Gap analyses. Practice in collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience in ERP system implementations or transformation projects. Knowledge of UAT testing and implementation support will be an additional asset. Communicative English proficiency enabling collaboration in an international environment. Nice to have Knowledge of processes related to service, workshop, or spare parts management. Experience in projects involving Finance, Procurement, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), or Order-to-Delivery (O2D) processes. Experience in global ERP system implementations or rollouts.
