WHAT WE OFFER:
- Base salary of $11,500 gross per month

FUNCTIONS:
- Attend, quote, and sell services to direct clients and agencies via telephone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and website
- Follow up on quotes until the sale is closed
- Check availability of units and services, and prepare and confirm reservations
- Register confirmed services in the internal reservation system
- Schedule daily operations and coordinate them with operators via WhatsApp
- Follow up on satisfaction surveys and handle complaints
- Review inventory and the unit checklist
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Administration, Marketing, or a related field (graduated or student)
- Intermediate-advanced English, indispensable (telephone and written conversation)
- Experience in reservations, sales, or customer service in the tourism sector (desirable)
- Proficiency in Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented person with the ability to work under pressure during high season
