DevSecOps Engineer

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and container deployments.

Integrate security controls and automated checks across the software delivery lifecycle.

Support deployments across cloud, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments.

Manage source control, build automation, artifact repositories, and deployment automation.

Implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation where applicable.

Integrate vulnerability scanning, code quality, secrets management, and container security tools.

Support application teams in resolving pipeline, deployment, and environment issues.

Monitor DevOps platform availability, performance, and deployment health.

Work closely with development, security, cloud, and Kubernetes teams.

Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years in Software Development, Infrastructure/DevOps, or Cybersecurity.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Certifications. AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.

Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).

General security credentials such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).

Preferred Certifications Relevant Cloud DevOps certification such as Azure DevOps Engineer or AWS DevOps Engineer.

And/or Kubernetes application certification, such as CKAD.
