Production Supervisor / Shift Leader / Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Manage assigned production lines, manpower and overtime to achieve quality, efficiency and delivery targets.

• Proven experience managing a workforce of 150–200+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
