Project Manager Facade Construction / Building Envelope (aGw*) (Engineer - Construction)

Your new challenges:

• Independent and responsible preparation, planning, organization, and execution of facade construction projects (element facades, stick systems, steel-glass constructions)
• Execution of permit planning in coordination with the responsible Project Design Manager
• Structuring and scheduling of the overall project
• Technical leadership of the project team and coordination with external suppliers and partners
• Economic optimization of the overall project regarding procurement, production, and assembly
• Responsibility for cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration with internal departments, also across locations
• Participation in technical meetings in various project phases, including preparation and follow-up, both internally and with the architect or client
• Independent monitoring of the project budget, scheduling, and change management

Your strong profile:

• Successfully completed training, e.g., as a metalworker, facade construction fitter, window builder, or comparable
• Ideally further training as a Meister / Techniker, e.g., as a metal construction master or comparable
• Comprehensive experience in the independent planning and technical execution of corresponding projects as well as in leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking, cost awareness, and commercial understanding
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing as well as ideally knowledge of MS Project
