HR Payroll Specialist (aGw*) (Industriekaufmann/-frau)

Your new challenges:

• Independent creation of the monthly payroll for a defined business area, taking into account company benefits, e.g., company pension schemes or company vehicles
• Communication and coordination with social security institutions and other external bodies on all matters regarding payroll
• Maintenance and administration of personnel-related data in the HR system landscape
• Active participation in various projects in the HR area
• Contact person for employees and managers on payroll-related topics

Your strong profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., as Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement or comparable
• Ideally initial professional experience in a comparable position
• Basic knowledge of wage tax and social security law
• Openness to IT-supported processes and digitalization in the HR environment
• Communication skills as well as discretion and confidentiality
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaboration
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing for correspondence as well as telephone communication
