M&E cum Engineer

Responsibilities: Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements. Identify and resolve any issues related to M&E installations, working closely with the project team to implement solutions. Maintain high standards of quality in all M&E work, conducting regular inspections. Ensure that all M&E systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. Job Requirement: Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 1 year in M&E project management or coordination, preferably in construction projects Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and their integration in construction projects Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations Able to start work within short notice
