Your tasks
What You Will Do (Main Responsibilities)
- Production & Crafting: Operate and assist with UV printing and laser engraving machines to personalise gifts (training provided).
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare products, accurately verify order details and pack finished items securely.
- Quality Control: Inspect all finished products to ensure high accuracy and zero defects before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and coordinate with customer service teams.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe air-conditioned production environment.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or digital printing is highly preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced order fulfillment environment.
- Bonus: Prior experience handling UV printers, engravers, or basic design software like canva
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days. Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and Sunday half-day (1:30 PM - 5:30 PM). Saturdays off.
