Requirements

• Advanced English, spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to use map applications and search for addresses efficiently.
• Proactive attitude and strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on rotating schedules.
