Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / BPO Representatives who are fluent in French (B2+) and English (B2) to join our international team in Sheikh Zayed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to assist customers efficiently while providing a high-quality customer experience.

French: B2 level or above.

English: B2 level or above.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Good problem-solving and active-listening skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment.

Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Flexibility to work according to business requirements and assigned shifts.

Graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Some students may be considered depending on their availability and the position's requirements.

Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but may not be mandatory , depending on the position.
