Full job description Assists Project Co-ordinator in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner; Manages workers work schedule; Assists Project Co-Ordinator in general worker deployment with Head Office; Assists Project Co-Ordinator in ordering of raw materials; Assists Project Co-Ordinator in putting up delivery orders; Assists Project Co-Ordinator in safekeeping of all tools and equipment; Ensure good housekeeping in project sites; Assists Project Co-Ordinator in monitoring and recommending appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risks identified; Assists Project Manager and Project Co-Ordinator in preparation of risk assessment record after completion of the assessment; Assists Project Manager and Project Co-Ordinator in risk assessment communication to the workers
