At the heart of the dining room team and under the responsibility of the Responsable de salle, the Commis de rang aims to provide an unforgettable moment to our guests through warm service and an attention to detail at every moment.

Your tasks

• Carry out the setup of the point of sale with the team
• Warmly welcome our guests and ensure their complete satisfaction during service
• Market the restaurant menu thanks to a sharp knowledge of it
• Ensure seamless communication with the kitchen to ensure fluid service
• Know the menu offered by our kitchen brigade
• Set and clear tables
• Participate in the cleaning of the point of sale and the service areas
• Contribute to the profitability of the point of sale

Requirements

SAVOIR FAIRE

• Knowledge of culinary arts
• Mastery of HACCP hygiene rules
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality/catering

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Rigor & professionalism
• Mastery of English (another language is always a plus)
