LILLIPODS is currently seeking a creative, proactive, and people-oriented Marketing & Community Engagement team member to join our growing team in Batam.

In this role, you will support local marketing initiatives, strengthen parent and community engagement, and create meaningful experiences that bring the LILLIPODS brand to life.

Placement: LILLIPODS Batam

Responsibilities:

• Execute local marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with LILLIPODS' brand guidelines.
• Support content creation, promotional materials, and local brand awareness initiatives.
• Build relationships with parents, local communities, and potential partners to encourage engagement and collaboration.
• Coordinate and support school events, open houses, trial activities, workshops, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor local trends, competitors, and community insights to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing and event activities.

Qualifications:

• Background or experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with parents and the community.
• Creative, proactive, and organized, with an interest in content creation and event coordination.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Passion for early childhood education and community engagement is a plus.
