As a Team Leader, you will become part of a growing loan market, where you will be responsible for leading the Danish Sales & Collections team of under 10 agents. You will become an important part of a multinational environment, where you can both develop your leadership skills and experience everything Malta has to offer.

What does a Team Leader for Sales & Collections do? In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team with a focus on performance, quality, and customer experience. You will drive sales results, customer onboarding, and document verification in accordance with company policies, and you will own key KPIs such as conversion rates, default rates, and collections results.

You will monitor daily activities, targets, and deadlines across both sales and collections, and you will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure transparent and efficient processes, while also ensuring compliance with the company's ethical guidelines and compliance standards.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Danish Sales & Collections team with a focus on performance, quality, and customer experience
  • Drive sales results, customer onboarding, and document verification in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Own key KPIs for sales and collections, including conversion rates, default rates, contact quality, and collections results
  • Support the development and execution of collections strategies with a focus on fair and customer-oriented treatment
  • Monitor daily activities, targets, and deadlines across sales and collections, and act when results need to be improved
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure transparent and efficient cooperation
  • Ensure compliance with the company's ethical guidelines, compliance standards, and related policies

Your qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably within sales, collections, customer service, financial services, or a performance-driven environment
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Danish is a clear advantage, but not a requirement
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and lead a small team across sales and collections
  • Commercial approach with an understanding of KPIs, targets, and performance follow-up
  • Customer-oriented approach with the confidence to handle sensitive customer situations professionally
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with customer databases is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and with high work standards
  • Desire to learn, improve processes, and grow together with the Danish market
