We’re hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a well-known telecom project in Alicante and Málaga. You’ll help customers with mobile, internet and TV questions — and you’ll join a friendly Dutch-speaking team.

What you will do

You support Dutch customers with:

General questions about mobile, internet & TV

Light sales (cross/upsell) — full training provided

No previous experience needed — just motivation and good communication skills.

Hybrid Work After 2 weeks training.

Choose your contract: Full-time or Part-time You decide your weekly hours:

39 hours/week 36 hours/week 34 hours/week 32 hours/week

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 · Weekends 09:00–17:30 You work 5 days/week + 2 weekends/month.

Monthly Salary (Gross) 39h → €2,094 36h → €1,933 34h → €1,826 32h → €1,718

Performance bonus up to 15% Permanent Spanish contract

Relocation Packages (Summer only) Option 1 – Company Accommodation (Málaga) 3 months shared accommodation Flight reimbursement up to €500

Option 2 – Independent Housing (Alicante & Málaga) €1,500 relocation bonus (paid with 2nd salary) Flight reimbursement up to €500

Option 3 – Moving within Spain €750 relocation bonus Travel reimbursement up to €125

Training 4 weeks paid training 2 weeks classroom 1 week on-the-job 1 week coaching

Who we are looking for Dutch: C2 English: B1 EU passport or Spanish residency Tech-savvy, positive, customer-focused Comfortable with light sales (training included)
