Your tasks

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team during the upcoming festive season!

As an E-commerce Intern, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of our online fashion business, supporting everything from order fulfilment and inventory management to content creation, marketing campaigns and product launches.

You'll gain practical exposure to different aspects of e-commerce, working closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly during our busy festive season.

E-commerce Operations & Fulfilment

• Support daily order fulfilment, packing and preparation of customer orders.
• Assist with inventory organisation, stock counts and replenishment.
• Support product launches, restocking and product listings across our e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with coordinating deliveries, shipments and other supply chain activities.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, particularly during peak campaign periods.

Marketing & Content Creation

• Assist in ideating, filming and editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and Lemon8.
• Support social media campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Assist with influencer outreach, gifting campaigns and collaborations.
• Support livestreams, photoshoots and other content creation activities.
• Assist with basic graphic design and marketing materials where needed.

General Support

• Assist with clothing samples, product preparation and quality checks.
• Support festive campaign preparations and other ad-hoc projects.
• Work closely with the team on various aspects of running a fashion e-commerce business.

Requirements

If you love fashion, enjoy social media and are curious about what goes on behind the scenes of an e-commerce business, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing fashion brand.

Commitment Requirements

• Full-time and part-time internship arrangements are welcome.
• Part-time interns must commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week.
• Must be available until at least 12 February 2027, covering the Chinese New Year period.
• Immediate start preferred.

• Interest in Fashion & E-commerce: Passionate about women's fashion, online shopping and social media trends.
• Hands-On & Proactive: Willing to take initiative and be involved in both creative and operational tasks.
• Detail-Oriented & Organised: Able to manage tasks accurately, especially when handling orders and inventory.
• Creative Mindset: Interested in content creation, social media and digital marketing.
• Team Player: Responsible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Canva, Capcut or any editing tool
