Assistant Manager - Apparel (M/F)
Your tasks
After a 6-month solo onboarding period managing the activity as a sales assistant, your mission—in addition to assisting a future sales assistant whom you will train and support during peak periods and absences—will be to manage the store in terms of sales analysis, implementing a marketing strategy, auditing current suppliers and prospecting for new ones, and defining the boutique's typical customer profiles in order to align supply and demand to optimize the business's profitability.
Requirements
A minimum of ten years of previous experience in the "prestige" men's apparel sector is required. You will have perfect knowledge of high-quality textiles, particularly those from lines such as Mise Au Green, Ruckfield, Roy-Robson, Alberto, etc., which you have already worked with.
With a commercial and/or economic background (minimum Bac +2/3 level), you master statistical tools and know how to read and analyze a balance sheet to extract global and detailed profitability. You will be able to communicate fluently in English with foreign suppliers (proficiency in German and Italian will be a plus).
Other
The position is based in-store. You will work from Tuesday to Saturday on a 35-hour basis (9:30/12:00 - 14:30/19:00). Overtime may be required upon request up to a limit of 40h/week if the need arises. Travel for trade fairs and supplier visits is to be expected. The store remains open during all peak sales periods (holidays in particular).
