Recruitment Project Executive (with Commission)

Recruitment Project Executive Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500 (subjected to work experience) + attractive commission scheme! Job responsibilities: Identify and follow up new business opportunities in various sectors.

Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.

Research on market trends and provide market insights.

Understand clients' hiring needs and job requirements.

Support and manage full 360/180 recruitment lifecycle.

Support recruitment and work pass processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and application assistance.

Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of recruitment and business development activities.

Participate with internal meetings and company activities.

Handle documents and information with discretion.

Requirements: Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.

Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.

Strong business acumen and sales driven.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.
