Senior Director, Enterprise Data and Governance
As Senior Director, Enterprise Data and Governance, you will work in direct partnership with our various headquarters business units and will be the person responsible for the optimal modeling and urbanization of our data flows. Acting as a true liaison between technical infrastructure and the high-level business vision, you will lead the team charged with optimizing daily data operations and transforming our data ecosystem into a highly governed, scalable, and AI-ready asset.

If you are a seasoned data executive who excels in mastering SaaS data lifecycles (including CRM, ERP, billing engines, and consumption semantic layers), this is the perfect opportunity to transform our operating model, drive our growth, and make a real difference.

ADVANCED ANALYTICS AND GENERATIVE AI
- Best Practices: Ensure the development and adoption of the most rigorous analytical standards and methodologies within the "Data Office" and across the organization.

- Modernization of Consumption Models: Support your team in creating deliverables that go beyond static dashboards toward dynamic and semantic models, as well as data exploitation via AI (GenAI tools, predictive modeling, and automated alerts).
- Cross-functional Synergy: Collaborate with analytics engineers, expert analysts, and business partners to understand complex requirements and help create ergonomic and efficient solutions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- High-level Experience: Over 15 years of experience dedicated to data operations, management (MDM), or data architecture, including at least 7 years in an executive-level or senior management role.
- Technical Mastery: Strong technical skills, including high familiarity with cloud architectures—ideally Google Cloud Platform/GCP, BigQuery, and Looker—as well as fundamental SQL skills. Experience with transformation and modeling tools like Dataform is a significant asset.
- Management Systems Mastery: Hands-on experience with ERP data models and planning tools (NetSuite, Oracle, Pigment, etc.), order management systems (OMS), CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), as well as billing and subscription management infrastructures.
- SaaS Model Knowledge: Sharp business sense and excellent understanding of the SaaS business model, multi-tenant architectures, and key performance indicators (MRR, LTV, CAC, NRR).
