Position: Finance Lead

Salary: ₦300,000 to ₦350,000 Monthly
About the Role
Our client, a growing group with interests across Finance, Retail and Real Estate, is seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Lead to oversee the company’s financial operations, strengthen financial controls and provide accurate financial insights to support business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis and internal controls. Experience within retail, ecommerce, financial services or a diversified business environment will be an advantage.
Financial reporting and analysis Budgeting and forecasting Cash flow management Treasury management Revenue reconciliation Inventory and cost control Accounts payable and accounts receivable Tax and statutory compliance Internal controls and audit Financial modelling Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Good knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or financial management. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN or CFA , completed or in progress, is an advantage. Experience in retail, ecommerce, financial services, investment, real estate or diversified business groups is highly desirable. Experience managing financial operations across multiple business units will be an added advantage.
