What You?ll Do: ? Be the first point of contact ? Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming experience. ? Manage calls & inquiries ? Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and book appointments. ? Schedule & confirm appointments ? Keep the schedule organized and efficient. ? Coordinate patient care ? Assist with treatment coordination between general dentists and specialists. ? Handle insurance & billing ? Retrieve insurance breakdowns, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients. ? Process payments ? Ensure accurate billing and collect patient balances. ? Educate patients ? Provide information on treatment plans and insurance benefits. ? Maintain organization ? Keep administrative tasks and patient records up to date.

What We?re Looking For: ? Dental Experience ? Prior experience in a dental office is highly preferred. ? Insurance Knowledge ? Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and billing procedures. ? Excellent Communication Skills ? Friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively. ? Attention to Detail ? Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities. ? Team Player ? Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team.
