Mid-Level Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst (Governance and Processes)

Do you want to be part of a team that drives progress through energy?At Light, we are looking for a Mid-Level Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for acting in the continuous improvement of Procurement processes, supporting governance initiatives, risk management, transformation, performance indicators, and operational efficiency.Bring your energy to Light!Responsibilities and assignmentsYour main challenges will be:Map, analyze, and propose improvements in processes related to the procurement and supply cycle;Support the implementation and evolution of governance practices, controls, and risk management for the area;Develop and monitor performance and risk indicators, contributing to decision-making;Elaborate flows, procedures, standards, and support materials for process standardization;Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops with different areas of the company for information gathering and validation;Support digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and user experience improvement;Perform market studies and benchmarking of practices applied to the Supply Chain area;Develop executive presentations and management reports for leadership and directors;Monitor schedules, deliveries, and results of strategic projects in the area;Act in partnership with areas such as Compras, Contratos, Compliance, Jurídico, Auditoria, Tecnologia, and Planejamento.Requirements and qualificationsNecessary requirements:Completed higher education in Administração, Engenharia (Produção, Elétrica, Civil, or related areas), Economia, or Ciências Contábeis;Experience with process management and improvement;Experience with performance indicators and monitoring results;Advanced Office Package, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint;It will be a differentiator to have:Experience with governance, risk management, compliance, or internal controls;Knowledge in process mapping and tools such as Bizagi Modeler;Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, RPA, or process automation;Experience in Supply Chain, Suprimentos, Compras, or Gestão de Contratos;Participation in organizational or digital transformation projects.Additional informationWhat we have for you:Vale-alimentação;​Vale-refeição;​Assistência médica;​Assistência odontológica;​Participação nos Lucros e Resultados;​Previdência privada;​Seguro de vida;​Auxilio farmácia;​Wellhub;​Convênios com empresas parceiras;​Programa de treinamentos e desenvolvimento contínuo.Extra information:Work Location: Botafogo, Rio de JaneiroAcreditamos que a diversidade fortalece nosso time.
