Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) Capable of English Communication

1. Routine Inspection: Conduct Safety Walks to inspect work areas for Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions.
2. Specialized Equipment Inspection: Supervise and inspect the readiness of fire protection equipment, electrical systems, machinery, Crane, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure 100% readiness.
3. Risk Assessment: Participate in preparing and reviewing risk assessments for each department (HIRA/JSA) to determine appropriate preventive measures.
4. Work Permit Issuance: Inspect and approve permits for hazardous work, such as Confined Space, Work at Height, and Hot Work.
5. Reporting and Follow-up: Prepare safety inspection records (Checklist) and report findings, then follow up on corrective actions from relevant departments to ensure completion within the deadline.
6. Accident Investigation: Join the investigation team when accidents or Near Miss incidents occur to perform Root Cause Analysis and determine preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
7. Drills and Training: Support annual fire drills and evacuation drills, including providing on-site safety guidance (Toolbox Talk) to employees and contractors.
8. Waste Management according to laws and ISO 14001 standards (Inspecting waste facilities, supervising correct waste segregation, recording waste quantities, and obtaining legal permits).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. Approximately 3 years or more of experience in industrial plant or construction site inspections. Good understanding of safety engineering standards and Thai occupational safety laws. Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems. Detail-oriented, observant, decisive, and courageous to order an immediate work stoppage when encountering severe dangerous situations. Able to communicate in English well. Good English communication skills, able to work effectively with international teams.
