Your tasks
As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Registered Manager to ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of support that they need.
In this role, you will

Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
*Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care - and leading by example
