Core Responsibilities Collect and deliver reports and medical samples and specimens safely and promptly. Handle and transport samples properly, including maintaining required temperatures. Keep accurate records of collections, deliveries, and incidents consistent with regulations, policies and procedures. Plan efficient delivery routes and manage urgent deliveries when required Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and in good working condition. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with PDPA requirements. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Organise and prioritise own workload to ensure provision of quality service Work in a way that minimises risks to health, safety and security of self and others.
