Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and identify discrepancies or clashes.

Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details.

Prepare material submittals and method statements and follow up on approvals.

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and variation orders.

Prepare interim payment certificates (IPCs) and monthly progress billing.

Handle technical correspondence with consultants and clients (RFIs, IRs, transmittals).

Maintain document control and ensure the site uses the latest approved drawings.

Prepare progress reports and support the project schedule updates.

Coordinate with site engineers, QC, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

2-5 years of experience in a technical office, preferably in finishing or fit-out projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Good knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, and execution methods.

Experience in quantity surveying and BOQ preparation.

Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good technical English (writing and reporting).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
