Exterior Designer

Develop exterior designs and technical solutions for facades, cladding systems, entrances, terraces, landscape areas, and outdoor structures.

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction details for exterior finishing works.

Prepare 3D models and renders for client presentations and design approvals.

Select and specify exterior materials (stone cladding, aluminum, glass, ACP, WPC, paint systems, pergolas, lighting, etc.).

Prepare BOQs and calculate quantities for exterior works.

Review structural, MEP, and architectural drawings to coordinate and avoid clashes.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project budget.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and incorporate feedback into the design.

Provide technical support on site and resolve design or execution issues.

Follow up on execution to ensure work matches approved drawings and quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in exterior/facade design or finishing works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; 3ds Max / Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray is a plus.

Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

Strong knowledge of exterior finishing materials, fixing systems, and execution methods.

Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Portfolio of previous exterior projects is required
