Human Resources Analyst

At Lievant, we are looking to integrate a dynamic, organized, and proactive person into our Human Resources team, someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop comprehensively within the area. We are looking for a profile with a special interest in Talent Attraction and Organizational Development, who can work autonomously, maintain constant communication with teams located in different cities, and provide timely follow-up to various Human Resources processes.

Your participation in Lievant

You will have an active role in talent attraction and onboarding, supporting recruitment and selection processes for different positions within the organization. You will also participate in updating and creating job profiles and descriptions, following up on Organizational Development processes, and performing administrative activities specific to the area. Due to the national nature of our operation, much of the coordination will be done remotely through Microsoft Teams and digital tools, so we are looking for a person who communicates easily, generates closeness even when working remotely, and has the discipline to manage and follow up on their responsibilities.

Profile we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in recruitment and selection of personnel, from posting and searching for candidates to interviews and follow-up.
• Previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Ease of working and communicating via Microsoft Teams.
• Residence in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
• Availability to travel between Guadalajara, León, and Ciudad de México.
