In the Bachelor's program BWL with a focus on Digital Business, you will not only learn general business administration but also become an expert in digitalization within our company – from the planning and management of digital transformation processes to data analysis, the application of AI, and specialized IT knowledge. Additionally, you will also obtain the vocational qualification as an Industriekauffrau/mann by also completing a final examination here.

Your tasks:

• You alternate between practical work at Lieken in Garrel and scientific studies at the IBS IT & Business School Oldenburg.
• During the practical phases, you will rotate through various departments at Lieken. The focus is on IT, with a particular emphasis on digital business processes. Additionally, you will also get to know other departments, such as Purchasing, Sales, Finance, etc.
• From data analysis and IT systems to digital transformation and process optimization, you will learn everything with us.
• You will learn how digital technologies are successfully used in a traditional company and how digitalization is changing the baked goods industry.
• You will work on projects regarding the digitalization of business processes, data analysis, and the implementation of digital tools.
• You will get to know modern IT systems, databases, artificial intelligence, and digital business models and apply them in practice.

Your profile:

• You have a (Fach-) Abitur with good grades – especially in Mathematics, German, and if applicable, Economics.
• You have an interest in economic contexts, digital technologies, IT systems, data analysis, digital business models, and dealing with data and numbers.
• IT knowledge and good English skills (B2 level) are present.
• You bring enthusiasm for food, digitalization, the design of processes, and participation in projects.
• You possess a structured, independent, and analytical way of working as well as good communication skills.
• Team spirit, commitment, and the motivation to take on responsibility round off your profile.

• 3.5 years of dual study at the IBS Oldenburg with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
• An attractive remuneration for the entire duration of study (1st year: 1,254 €, 2nd year: 1,419 €, 3rd year: 1,564 €) plus annual special allowance.
