Spare Parts Officer

•Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. •Prepare quotations and follow up on customer purchase orders. •Coordinate spare parts activities and work closely with the Service, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance teams. •Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of spare parts. •Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Age 22–35 years. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in spare parts; experience with machinery spare parts is an advantage. Basic technical knowledge; strong technical background is preferred. Good command of written and spoken English. Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
