Operator Trainer (m/f/d) Nussbaumen

In this position, you will act as a central interface between sales, customers, and internal and external partners, actively contributing to our shared success.

Tasks: ##

Field service activities (approx. 70 %)

• Planning, organization, and implementation of customer and operator training for Liebherr machines on-site.
• Conveying safety standards and best-practice working methods according to company and customer specifications.
• Advising machine operators as well as production and plant managers on the optimal use of machines, tools, and work processes.
• Conducting competency assessments and deriving suitable training and development measures.
• Supporting customers in improving operational processes, maintenance processes, and machine efficiency.

Remote / Office-based activities (approx. 30 %)

• Advising and providing technical support to dealers and end customers in the area of machine operation and application.
• Creation and maintenance of training materials, reports, evaluations, and other documentation.
• Coordination and exchange of information with internal specialist departments and production plants.
• Support with quality and dealer assessments as well as projects in Customer Service Management.
• Performing administrative tasks and partially performing activities from home office in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualification: ##

• Completed technical training in the field of mechanics, hydraulics, electromechanics, or comparable.
• Several years of practical experience in operating earthmoving, mining, or other heavy-duty machines.
• Sound technical knowledge in the areas of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrics.
• Very good communication and training skills as well as a professional appearance towards customers and dealers.
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage.
• High willingness to travel, flexibility, as well as an independent and responsible way of working. Confident handling of MS Office applications.
• Willingness for continuous further training and adaptation to new technologies and processes.
