Project Coordinator in the Field of Component Cleaning, Preservation, and Equipment Procurement (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- Responsibility for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of component cleaning and preservation of aviation components in accordance with applicable norms and quality standards
- Selection, procurement, and commissioning of systems and equipment for component cleaning and preservation in close coordination with internal specialist departments and external suppliers
- Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of processes for cleaning and preservation, taking into account efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory requirements
- Support and further development of relevant norms and standards in the field of component cleaning and preservation; active participation in standardization committees and cooperation with Quality Management and Engineering
- Support in the qualification of new processes and systems, conducting training, and creating the necessary technical documentation One Passion.
- Interface function between Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and external partners to ensure a smooth and norm-compliant process
- Leading training courses as well as advising and training employees
- Planning, implementation, and documentation of internal and external audits
What you bring to the role:
▪Completed technical degree (e.g., Chemistry, Surface Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) or a comparable qualification ▪Sound knowledge in component cleaning and preservation, ideally in the aviation environment ▪Experience in the procurement and commissioning of technical systems and equipment ▪Familiarity with relevant norms and standards (e.g., EN, DIN, ISO, aviation standards) ▪Knowledge in Quality Management and process optimization ▪Analytical and solution-oriented thinking ▪Independent and structured way of working ▪Communication and teamwork skills, especially in an interdisciplinary environment
▪Organizational skills and assertiveness Experience in Project Management is an advantage ▪Willingness for occasional business trips (e.g., to suppliers or other locations) ▪Business fluent English
- Good proficiency with MS-Office applications
