Head of Production Planning & Process Engineering in the Surface Treatment Area (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Process Engineering/Technology group with your own disciplinary manager
• Training and qualification of assigned employees

• Conception and elaboration of new designs
• Optimization of processes, work plans, and manufacturing methods

• Planning and documentation of work steps, sequences, and equipment, taking into account new manufacturing methods and time data
• Determination of necessary capacities

• Control and monitoring of the implementation of extensive new projects
• Definition of tasks and task management for new projects

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering or preferably Surface Technology
• Experience desirable in: Galvanization, Lacquer, thermal coating, or blasting

• Business fluent in English
• Leadership qualities and strength in implementation

• Preferably experience in leading managers
• Good knowledge of MS-Office programs
