PRM - Organization and Process Consultant (M/F) - CHÂTENAY-MALABRY

Introduction

Working at Lidl is worth it! Are you looking for a position with responsibilities in process and project management to improve our internal processes and workflows? Within the Organization department, you will be responsible for managing our process optimization projects on a national scale. You will ensure end-to-end management of activities, from strategy to operational implementation. PRM (Process Regulation Management) is in charge of process management and regulation. Upon starting your position, a one-week training session will be provided in Germany.

Missions

Within the "Business Organisation" department, you will contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and operational development of an integrated system for business process management and regulatory compliance, based on international requirements and applicable to all departments. You will also lead our process optimization projects at the national level. As a PRM, your daily missions are as follows: Advise and support national directorates in the recording, design, documentation, and optimization (optionally: Lean workshops and improvement projects) of their processes and regulations, particularly regarding specificities related to national requirements. Perform organizational and process diagnostics: analyze existing processes (quantitative and qualitative approach) and identify optimization levers. Implement quality assurance for Lidl processes in France, particularly regarding compliance with methodologies and conventions. Identify interface and synchronization issues between different departments, ensure their coordination, and lead teams in project mode. Manage project and process management systems within the company, in coordination with our parent company in Germany (provision of tools, user training, monitoring and control of the French process portfolio).

To apply for a PRM position, you will need: You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) obtained from a business school or university and have 1 or 2 years of required experience in a similar position in process or project management. You have experience with AI. You are proficient in English or German. You master project logic (cost estimation, planning, reporting) and specific tools (MS Project, Primavera, OPX, etc.). You master Google applications (Slides, Sheets, Gemini, NotebookLM, Data Studio, etc.).
