Missions
As a Business Analyst Audit, you are the architect who bridges the gap between operational excellence, audit system governance, and technological innovation (digital tools, generative AI) to shape the audit of tomorrow. You manage the IT audit tools at a national level and optimize our analytical processes. In direct link with General Management and international support, your main missions are as follows: Governance & Audit Systems: You manage master data, configuration, and functional evolutions of our audit systems (audimex, Aris, LOS) in coordination with our international interlocutors. You ensure compliance with IT security rules and access management (SIAM/IDM). Data Analysis & Reporting: You autonomously perform complex data analyses to prepare audit extractions, presentations, and Dashboards intended for the Head of Audit and General Management. Follow-up of action plans (Escalations): You manage the follow-up of reminders and the tracking of corrective measures autonomously and with a solution-oriented approach toward the audited departments. Support & Assistance: You ensure proactive coordination with business departments, Controlling, and assistants to General Management. You provide occasional technical support to users. Quality & Processes: You document our processes, guarantee the update of support materials, and perform the annual internal quality control (QA) according to IIA standards. Animation & Training: You develop content and lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions for the auditor community.

To apply for a Business Analyst Audit position, you will need to:
Hold a Master's degree / Bac +5 (Business School, Master's in Finance, Audit, IS, or Data), Demonstrate a solid first experience / several years of experience in an analytical, audit, or process management environment, Master data visualization, audit IS governance, and the digital tools ecosystem (Google Workspace, AI solutions, etc.), Imperatively have a very good level of English (C1 level) to communicate daily with the international community. Proficiency in German is a highly appreciated asset.
