Your Tasks

Support the team in all matters related to pre- and onboarding. You will help shape our global standards for onboarding and work closely with colleagues at home and abroad. From February / March for 6 months. … specifically, this means: Preparation and implementation of the onboarding week for HR employees Implementation as well as further development of onboarding processes and quality standards Planning, implementation, and follow-up of appointments and interactive workshops Support with topics related to qualification, digitalization, and monitoring in the international onboarding environment Exchange with international interfaces and contact persons in the countries

Your Profile

Studies* in the field of HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communication Sciences Affinity for project management as well as for structured HR processes Enjoyment of working in an international team as well as intercultural cooperation Very good English skills in speaking and writing for daily international communication *Please add your current transcript of records to your application.
