Do you want to become a member of the team? We are looking for an Area Manager for our stores in Crete, in one of the following areas: Heraklion, Lasithi, Rethymno, Chania.

The position:

You are the face behind approximately 5 stores. You set goals and you exceed them together with your team. A team consisting of approximately 100 people. Think of yourself as an entrepreneur moving from store to store and looking forward to the next big challenge.

Approximately 5 stores pass through your hands! You take care of their management. You stay informed about their needs. You stand by your people in every case.

You choose your team. You build it and motivate it. And it is not small. It is approximately 100 people. Thanks to you, they evolve and learn correctly.

You set goals. But you don't stop there. You also show how they will be achieved. For all your stores, based on clear business indicators. Thus, you don't lose a single one of them. You do not fear change; on the contrary, you pursue it.

Flows, processes, corporate guidelines, legislation: we know that nothing escapes you!

Your area always stands out: everything moves like clockwork, you support the Store Managers where necessary, our bakery and produce departments are in perfect condition, everyone knows the new instructions and changes.

• You have higher education related to Economics or Business Administration
• If you have worked in retail before, and especially in a position of responsibility, then we are talking about another level!
• You drive and are not intimidated by travel, you know that you will share your time from store to store.
• You speak English well.
• Above all, however, you know how to work with teams. You can inspire them and be inspired by them. You have a clear business mindset and understand what our next goals might be. And how we will achieve them. Of course, you love finding solutions to problems and you are a master in communication. We want your enthusiasm for the challenges you will face, your dynamism to move on to the next ones every time.

• Initial monthly gross salary at €3,180. However, our plan is designed up to 4 years later, when you will reach €4,615 gross.

Of course, you receive your salary from the first day.
