Area Manager in Northern Greece

You are the face behind approximately 5 stores in one of the following regions: Central Macedonia, Eastern Macedonia, Thrace. You set goals and you exceed them together with your team. A team consisting of 100 people. Think of yourself as an entrepreneur moving from store to store, looking forward to the next big challenge.

You take care of the management of your stores, stay informed about their needs, and stand by your team in every case.

You choose your team. You build it and motivate it. Thanks to you, they evolve and learn correctly.

You set goals. But you don't stop there. You also show how they will be achieved, based on clear business indicators. Thus, you don't miss a single one of them.

You are not afraid of change; on the contrary, you pursue it.

Your region always stands out: everything moves like clockwork, you support the Store Managers so that everything is in perfect condition.

Required Qualifications:

• You have higher education in Economics or Business Administration.
• Your experience is in sales, and if you have managed a team, then we are talking about another level!
• You drive and are not intimidated by travel; you know that you will be sharing your time from store to store.
• You speak English well.
• You know how to work with teams. You can inspire them and be inspired by them, characterized by teamwork and communication.
• Technology does not intimidate you; on the contrary, it helps you do your job more easily.
