It delivers residential, institutional and industrial building projects, and is well known for quality and for its early use of prefabricated construction and digital building methods. The Group has a large, stable workforce and a long record of industry awards. The Role An established Singapore construction group is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor. You will handle the cost and contract side of building projects: pricing tenders, managing subcontractor quotations and payments, and keeping project budgets on track each month. Key Responsibilities Take off quantities and price tenders and quotations. Carry out general contracts administration duties. Evaluate and compare subcontractors' quotations. Prepare subcontracting and purchase documents. Prepare and monitor the project budget. Prepare and monitor progress claims and subcontractor payments. Prepare and update claims, costing, budget and payment receipts every month. Requirements Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying. At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Able to use Microsoft Office and the CCS PO / WO module. Able to write reports and presentations. Basic knowledge of cost management and control techniques. Able to communicate at all levels, with good negotiation skills. ISO Internal Auditor Certification is an advantage. Only Singaporeans. Candidates must currently be based in Singapore. What's on Offer 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Permanent, full-time role in Singapore.
