Role Description The Logistics Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily logistics and delivery operations. This role includes overseeing shipment scheduling, routing, and dispatch, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation for all movements. The Logistics Officer will work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to manage inventory flows, monitor service quality, and resolve operational issues as they arise. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, supporting the use of technology tools such as mobile apps and tracking systems, and collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to effectively coordinate end-to-end delivery operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations to maintain accurate stock records and support efficient handling of shipments.
• Candidates should possess Administration skills to manage documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and frontline staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with logistics or tracking software; experience with mobile app-based delivery platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
• Prior experience in courier, transport, or general logistics operations within Nigeria is highly beneficial.
